There is al lot of oil production in Venezuela. So what measures and steps is Chavez doing to reduce CO2? Does anyone have any answers to this?

Chavez is marching lock step with alarmists. He attacks capitalism and destroys industry. He should be a hero to alarmists and apparently Barack has no problem with him. How is he different from Obama? About the only difference I can come up with is that Hugo is fatter and Obama has a nicer smile.
